For 30 days, you train the muscle groups that influence both how you look - and how you move

Each session is short enough to sustain consistency, but structured to drive progress.This is strength training informed by Pilates and rehabilitation principles. Therefore, nothing is random.

Five focused sessions per week with two rest days built in:

  • Core Reset

  • Glute-Focused Lower Body

  • Upper Body & Posture

  • Deep Core Control

  • Hip Mobility
